Symbol of dream and ideal- ALBION ALBION is the ancient name given to Great Britain. Meaning "white land," it is a reference to the white cliffs of Dover on the island’s southern coast. Based on our belief that whitening is the fundamental starting point in the quest for feminine beauty, we chose the name ALBION because it stands for the timeless dream of womankind and therefore symbolizes our pursuit of the ideal. The name was also chosen to reflect the goal that was set at the time of the company’s establishment: "to become the leading luxury cosmetics manufacturer in Japan and around the world."
